The Student & Faculty Code of Conduct is a set of rules laid out by the Headmasters and Headmistresses to meet the requirements to stay at this Magick School. If not obeyed and ignored, severe actions will be taken.
The Code of the Students:
1. Students are to attend their classes on time.
--If students are not present in their current class, a note will be sent to all faculty to keep an eye on the missing student.
--If the student has an excuse for being sick provided from the Nurse, the student will be excused for the rest of the day and pending on what the nurse says.
--If the student is caught skipping their classes, they will be caught and be punished for their idiotic decisions.
2. Students are required to wear the school uniform ONLY during the student's classes. The school dress code will be of the following:
~School Robes of the Current House Colors.
~Females must be wearing a white blouse and plaid skirts. Shoes cannot be worn if the shoe is open-toed. Stockings are to be worn with the shoes.
~Males must be wearing khakis and and a neck-tied shirt. Shoes are same as the following with the males, and socks are to be worn with the shoes.
~Teachers will be required to wear different colored robes of their liking, but teachers will be required to business formal.
---The School Dresscode will only be active in the classes. Clothing of the student's taste may be worn during any time except during lessons.
3. A schedule will be provided for all students. The classes will be provided from the Headmistress and Headmasters. The student's year will vary the student's schedule. Classes are taught by years, not houses. If there is any racist against any house, there will be a meeting set-up with the Headmistresses and Headmasters.
4. If there is any drinking or smoking caught by a student underage, will be punished with severe consequences. Drinking and smoking will be only be allowed those that are overaged such as Professors, Graduated Students, and other overaged Faculty Members.
The Code of the Faculty:
1. Professors are limited to give out homework to their students. 2 Paragraphed essay is the MINIMUM and a 3 Paragraphed essay is the MAXIMUM to be assigned. If a Professor does not meet this requirement, they'll will be watched by the Headmistresses and Headmasters of this school.
2. Professor are also limited to give points to the houses. The limitation to the deduction of points can be up to 200 each house. The limitation of giving out points will be up to 200 each house. If a Professor is not followed these rules, the Headmasters and Headmistresses will be forced to put the teacher undercontrol, and severe actions will be taken. Head of Houses are not limited to take/give points to the Houses.
3. Professor are able to give out detentions! Detentions must be sorted out with the student's head of house and professor to their OWN TERMS. If there is some reason that the Head of House and Professor disagree, the Professor will follow the Head of House's orders.
4. If there is a physcial dispute among students, and it happens to cross a Professor's path, the Professor will be required to stop the dispute IMMEDIATELY. If the Professor encourages a physical dispute among the students, the Professor will be fired without any further question or thought.

CONSEQUENCES:
1. If a student is caught on a f1st Offence, there will be minimum of 20 points deducted as a warning.
2. If a student is caught on a 2nd Offence, there will be a minimum of 60 points deducted, and 2 detention duties with the assigned Professor or Head of House.
3. If a student is caught on the 3rd Offence, there will be a conference set up with the student's parent or guardian. If there is not parental watch, there will be a guardian assigned to the student. The student will do the 4 detentions, and face a maximum of 100 point deduction.
4. If a student is caught on the 4th Offence, there will be a minimum of 200 point deducted, and the student will do the maximum of 6 detentions. The is the last Offence, and if there another offence, the student will be kicked out of the school, or a comprimise will be reached for the students to stay at Everest Academy.

1. If a Professor has not followed these rules, they will face a conference with the Headmasters and Headmistresses as a warning.
2. If a Professor has had a meeting for the 1st Offence and a 2nd Offence is caught, the Professor's fate will be decided by the Ministry or the Administration of Everest Academy. If a comprimise cannot be reached with the Administration, the Ministry will do a screening exam on the professor, and the Ministry will decide what to do with the professor, or the professor will be fired.
